Betterworks utilizes third-party sub-processors (vendors\/suppliers) to provide infrastructure and support services which may include: data & platform support, customer assistance, email notifications, and other communication where required. Prior to contracting with sub-processors (vendors\/suppliers), and on a periodic basis as determined by risk assessment, Betterworks evaluates the administrative, physical, and technical processes to ensure that sub-processors maintain reasonable information security practices for ensuring the privacy, security, & confidentiality of customer data. The list below represents the sub-processors currently in use at Betterworks. Sub-processors will fall into one of two categories, those required for operation of the Betterworks services \u201cRequired Services,<\/strong>\u201d and those that are optional for enhanced features that are not required for operation of Betterworks services \u201cOptional Sevices.<\/strong>\u201d Optional services are Opt-In<\/strong> services.

To support Betterworks\u2019 Services, Betterworks may utilize third-parties that process Customer Data (each, a \u201cSub-Processor\u201d). Betterworks utilizes third-party Sub-Processors to provide infrastructure support and to provide assistance with customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Sub-Processor\u2013and on an annual basis thereafter\u2013Betterworks evaluates Sub-Processor\u2019s privacy, security, and confidentiality practices during its diligence reviews. Betterworks also has contractual agreements in place with each Sub-Processor addressing each of their applicable obligations.
