Organizations can choose between three different surveys &#8212; mini, standard, and extended &#8212; to find a Betterworks Engage template that suits their feedback culture and style best.<\/p>\n<h2>Driven by Expertise<\/h2>\n<p>While developing our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterworks.com\/transform-your-workforce-into-a-powerful-asset-with-hyphens-employee-engagement-framework-templates\/\" rel=\" noopener\"><em>Employee Engagement Framework &amp; Templates<\/em><\/a>, we consulted with industry leaders for their expertise and guidance. We began the process with Deloitte\u2019s renowned industry analyst, Josh Bersin, and his <a href=\"https:\/\/joshbersin.com\/2017\/11\/becoming-irresistible-part-1-meaningful-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Simply Irresistible Organization model<\/a>, to determine which categories would ultimately serve as the foundation for our templates.<\/p>\n<p>To further hone the process, we then consulted with Professor Gavin Kilduff of NYU\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stern.nyu.edu\/experience-stern\/about\/departments-centers-initiatives\/academic-departments\/management-and-organizations\/research\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stern School of Business<\/a>, a rising star in the study of management and organizational theory.
